Personal Experience

Jim’s career is a small business success story. Following 10 years of technical sales with a Fortune 500 manufacturing firm, he purchased a printing franchise, Allegra Marketing Print Mail, in October, 1988. Over 35 years, he grew the business from 1 employee to a team of 14 and from 50 regular customers to over 1000. Jim recently sold his franchise in October, 2023. His success was driven by strategic planning, franchise coaching, hard work and consistently nurturing relationships. He has a wealth of experience in sales, employee development, purchasing, accounting, and consistently making money! When it comes to buying, growing and/or selling a franchise or independent businesses, Jim is anxious to share his techniques and success story.
