VR Business Brokers Facilitates Sale of Fuzzy’s Taco Locations

September 1, 2021 – VR Business Brokers of Dallas TX, a leader in the sale of privately held
companies, recently facilitated the sale of two Fuzzy’s Taco Shop locations in Waco and
Woodway, TX!

Laur and Casie Cernat opened their first Fuzzy’s location in Waco, TX in 2016, and then opened
a second location in December of 2018 in Woodway, TX. Due to other business interests, the
couple decided to sell the business in 2021.

The two locations have been purchased by J. D. King, a banking professional with deep ties in the
Waco community.
