September 5, 2017 – VR Business Brokers of Dallas TX, a leader in the sale of privately held
companies, recently facilitated the sale of Quality Personnel Service of McKinney, TX.
Quality Personnel Service (http://www.qpjobs.com) is a full service staffing company that has been
serving the North Texas, Collin and Dallas county areas for over 30 years! The company places
temp to hire, temporary, and permanent applicants primarily in administrative and clerical
positions for the legal, medical and financial industries. Quality Personnel Service was founded
in 1986 by Linda James. Linda has operated the business since its founding.
The business has now been purchased by Gwen O’Connor. Gwen has been in IT and
telecommunications staffing for over 20 years, and recently decided to forego the corporate world
and become a business operating in an industry that she is very comfortable with.

The new owner assumed possession of the business on September 5, 2017. Gwen is excited to
