VR Business Brokers Facilitates Sale of Heavy Metal, Inc.
May 31, 2022 – VR Business Brokers of Dallas TX, a leader in the sale of privately held
companies, recently facilitated the sale of Heavy Metal, Inc., a 24-year-old metal & plastics
fabricating/manipulating company located in Garland, TX.
Founded in 1997 by Tommy Gossmann, initially working out of his garage, Heavy Metals now
resides in a 17,000 square foot climate-controlled building sitting on 1.25 acres. Servicing large
& mid-sized companies, Heavy Metal provides accurate quality & timely machined parts for
commercial use. They utilize computer numerical control machining centers & turning centers to
manufacture engineered prototypes, production runs to parts per sample.
The business has been purchased by Matthew Rivello and Lorena Noguera-Rivello. Matthew and
Lorena own a couple of other businesses, including R/T Manufacturing, Inc., a CNC machining
business. R/T Manufacturing supports the aerospace, satellite communications and electronics
segments.
