companies, has facilitated the sale of Metroplex Greenhaven, Inc. of Dallas, TX. Metroplex
Greenhaven, Inc. is one of the top performing commercial landscape companies in the metroplex

The company has been in business since 1991, and owned by the seller for the last 15 years! The
business resides in a 10,000 square foot warehouse facility located in downtown Dallas – the
property was included in the transaction.

The new owner closed on the transaction and took possession of the business effective March 1,
