VR Business Brokers Facilitates Sale of Matrix Plumbing

October 24, 2018 – VR Business Brokers of Dallas TX, a leader in the sale of privately held
companies, recently facilitated the sale of Matrix Plumbing, located in Hurst, TX.
Matrix Plumbing (https://www.matrixplumbingdfw.com/) was opened in 2013 by Jason Ellis and
Brad Morris, both professional plumbers that decided to become business partners. Matrix
Plumbing is a full-service plumbing and leak detection business.

The business has now been purchased by Bennett Cloud, and Jason and Brad plan to remain
involved in the day to day activities of the business.

inception”, says Bennett. The new owners assumed possession of the business on October 1, 2018!
