VR Business Brokers Facilitates Sale of Jon Scott Salon

August 4, 2015 – VR Business Brokers of McKinney, TX, a leader in the sale of privately held
companies, recently facilitated the sale of the Jon Scott Salon located in Frisco, TX.

Jon Scott Salon provides high end services including hair color and cuts, highlights, scalp
treatments and waxing services for men and women. The salon has been a distributor of the
Aveda line of specialty products for hair, skin, and nails.

The business has been purchased by Michelle Fox, owner of Vero Bella Salon, previously
located in Plano, TX for the last 5 years. The new owner assumed possession of the business on
July 27, 2014, and will be converting the salon name to Vero Bella. The salon is located in the
Centre at Preston Ridge – an open air shopping center is home to over 115 shops and restaurants,
