VR Business Brokers Facilitates the Sale of a Jimmy John’s Franchise
September 24, 2019 – VR Business Brokers of Dallas TX, a leader in the sale of privately held
companies, recently facilitated the sale of Jimmy John’s in Fort Worth, TX.
The Jimmy John’s location at 4813 Bryant Irvin Road in Fort Worth, TX was opened in 2010,
owned and operated by David and Kristi Pruitt. After a successful run of owning the business for
9 years, the couple decided to sell the business to pursue other ventures.
Kurt and Roslyn Stelk have purchased the franchise location, having recently relocated to Fort
Worth from the state of Oregon. Kurt, an accountant by trade, also owned a small manufacturing
company that he has sold, so he brings solid business experience to their new venture. Kurt and
Roslyn are very excited about this new chapter in their lives. The new owners took possession of
the business on September 10, 2019.
Jimmy John’s was founded in 1983, and today, Jimmy John’s consists of over 2,700 locations, of
which 98% are franchisee owned and operated.
