May 9, 2022 – VR Business Brokers of Dallas TX, a leader in the sale of privately held companies,
recently facilitated the sale of Fidelity Press & Graphics, a commercial printing firm that has been
operating in the Dallas, TX market area for over 40 years.
Fidelity Press & Graphics has been owned and operated for the past 18 years by Jim and Dee
Ellison, operating out of Carrollton, TX. Historically, over the past few years, Fidelity Press had
3 main sectors of revenue consisting of health care, education, and producing Christian focused
journals through an ecommerce site – https://christianjournalsdirect.com/.
The business has been purchased by Dimaco, a local printing and direct mail company with a 30
year history of serving a variety of industries throughout the North Texas region.
