VR Business Brokers Facilitates Sale of FASTSIGNS Center
March 30, 2018 – VR Business Brokers of Dallas, TX, a leader in the sale of privately held
companies, has facilitated the sale of a FASTSIGNS center located in Chandler, AZ.
The Chandler location was opened in 1999 and operated under the ownership of Tom Calvert.
Due to a family illness that required a relocation, Tom decided to sell the business late last year.
Keith Hermanson, a previous franchise owner of an Alpha Graphics location many years ago,
purchased the business. The parties closed on the transaction on February 7, 2018.
FASTSIGNS Centers provide comprehensive visual communications solutions through the use
of signs, graphics, printing, promotional products and related marketing services.
The new owner completed the extensive training program provided by the franchisor in
December prior to taking over the business operation. Mr. Hermanson is very excited to
continue the tradition of excellent customer service that the business community has come to
expect from FASTSIGNS.
VR Business Brokers of Dallas, TX handled all aspects of the transaction, from initial business
valuation to marketing the opportunity and providing support through the closing process.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
