VR Business Brokers Facilitates Sale of FASTSIGNS Center

January 16, 2017 – VR Business Brokers of Dallas, TX, a leader in the sale of privately held
companies, has facilitated the sale of a FASTSIGNS center located in Aurora, CO.

The location, operating since 1993, has been owned by Lee Cooperman since 1996. The new
owner, Matthew Mersfelder, took ownership of the business effective January 1, 2017.

FASTSIGNS Centers provide comprehensive visual communications solutions through the use
of signs, graphics, printing, promotional products and related marketing services.

The new owner completed the extensive training program provided by the franchisor in
December prior to taking over the business operation. Mr. Mersfelder is very excited to continue
the tradition of excellent customer service that the business community has come to expect from
FASTSIGNS.

VR Business Brokers of Dallas, TX handled all aspects of the transaction, from initial business
valuation to marketing the opportunity and providing support through the closing process.
