VR Business Brokers Facilitates Sale of FASTSIGNS Centers
August 4, 2015 – VR Business Brokers of McKinney, TX, a leader in the sale of privately held
companies, has facilitated the sale of a three store package of FASTSIGNS centers located in the
greater Austin, TX area.
The three centers consist of one location in Cedar Park, TX and one each on Burnet Road and
Anderson Mill Road in Austin, TX. The Burnet Road location, which was the first FASTSIGNS
center to be opened in the greater Austin area, has been serving the business community since
1991.
FASTSIGNS Centers provide comprehensive visual communications solutions through the use
of signs, graphics, printing, promotional products and related marketing services.
The new owners have completed the extensive training program provided by the franchisor, and
assumed ownership of the centers effective August 1, 2015. The owners are very excited to
continue the tradition of excellent customer service that the business community has come to
expect from FASTSIGNS.
VR Business Brokers of McKinney, TX handled all aspects of the transaction, from initial
business valuation to marketing the opportunity and providing support through the closing
process. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
