VR Business Brokers Facilitates Sale of FASTSIGNS Center
September 30, 2021 – VR Business Brokers of Dallas, TX, a leader in the sale of privately held
companies, has facilitated the sale of a FASTSIGNS center located in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
FASTSIGNS Centers provide comprehensive visual communications solutions through the use
of signs, graphics, printing, promotional products and related marketing services. This particular
FASTSIGNS location was opened in 2004. The seller wished to retire and placed the business
for sale. The business has been purchased by Shane Weddle. Shane has over 20 years of
manufacturing experience, serving in roles from plant manager to COO of various companies.
Shane and his wife Ashley have relocated from Jacksonville, FL to Fort Walton Beach to take
ownership of the FASTSIGNS location.
Shane is very excited to continue the tradition of excellent customer service that the Fort Walton
Beach business community has come to expect from FASTSIGNS. The parties officially closed
on the transaction On September 17.

valuation to marketing the opportunity and providing support through the closing process.
