VR Business Brokers Facilitates Sale of Design Werks of Southlake, TX
July 10, 2017 – VR Business Brokers of Dallas TX, a leader in the sale of privately held companies,
recently facilitated the sale of Design Werks of Southlake, TX.
Design Werks (http://www.designwerksonline.com/), provides a variety of large format printed
signs and graphics applications including banners, point of purchase, architectural, construction
site signs, and vehicle graphics and wraps, to businesses of all sizes – from small businesses to
large national companies. Design Werks was founded and owned by the Nicodemus family for
well over 20 years.
The business has now been purchased by Stephanie and Steven Isaac. The Isaac’s have experience
in the signs and graphics industry, having been previously involved in a family business with
locations and San Antonio and Austin, TX. The family has since sold those businesses, and the
Isaac’s chose to pursue a business of their own.

The new owners have recently moved their family into the Southlake area, and assumed possession
of the business on Monday, June 26. They are excited to continue the tradition of providing the
first class service and products that the business community has been receiving from Design Werks
for over two decades!
