July 9, 2015 – VR Business Brokers of McKinney, TX, a leader in the sale of privately held
companies, recently facilitated the sale of Cedar Park Signs & Banners, Cedar Park, TX.

Coonce in 1998, provides a variety of signs and graphics applications including banners, point of
purchase, architectural, vehicle and engraved signs to businesses of all sizes – from small
businesses to large national companies. Cedar Park Signs & Banners has been voted “Best Sign

The business has been purchased by Craig Nelson, owner of an AlphaGraphics center located at
10019 W. Parmer Lane, Austin, TX. Cedar Park Signs will now be expanding its product line to
include printing products of all types.
“We see a great opportunity to expand Cedar Park Signs by offering print services, while at the
same time expanding our current AlphaGraphics offerings with signs and graphics products”
says new owner, Craig Nelson.

process. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The new owner assumed possession of the business the week of July 6, 2015, and is excited to
