VR Business Brokers Facilitates Sale of A-1 Printing Company
March 13, 2015 – VR Business Brokers of McKinney, TX, a leader in the sale of privately held
companies, recently facilitated the sale of A-1 Printing Company.
A-1 Printing Company, with roots going back over 50 years in serving the Grayson County area,
had been under the same ownership for the past 34 years!
“I’ve been extremely fortunate to own and operate A-1 Printing for the last 34 years, and I was
able to improve the business and take it to the next level during my tenure. I am confident that
Charles and Candace will also take the business to a new level during their ownership” says Jack
Windlow, the seller of A-1 Printing.

Printing!” says Charles and Candace Badillo, the new owners.

process. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The new owners assumed possession of the business on February 13, 2015, and are excited to

community in Sherman and the surrounding area has come to expect over the past 34 years!
